Add a person-desk example and a guide for the fx library.

The example replaces the call sites of the removed JavaFX units so the module can build again. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

+From the NeitzelLib root, with Java 21:

+The launch class is `de.neitzel.fx.example.Main`. The Model is an ordinary `Person`. The View is `Desk.fxml`.
