Wails for the station window

funknetz must ship as a Mac app package and stay a small Go program. The window is Wails v2 with plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A native Go toolkit would avoid the webview; we gave that up so wails build produces funknetz.app from this tree. Version 1 is an unsigned local package. Notarization is a later decision.
