+## Status

+Early project setup. The supported operation surface, zone data model, and BIND configuration requirements are defined in [docs/changes/00001-setup-project/spec.md](docs/changes/00001-setup-project/spec.md). Implementation follows the change-driven workflow (spec → plan → implement).
