Let a Direct binding follow a dotted Path into a nested Model.

One ViewModel per Model instance keeps two Views and a cycle aligned, and a missing nested Model leaves both sides unchanged.

Let a Direct binding convert a value and keep one failure Message.
...
A bad control value must leave the previous Attribute in place, and the ViewModel should keep a single error for that Path until the value is fixed. An info notice stays on the ViewModel and is not written to the log.

Let a label show a Controller method and follow other values in the View.

The method does not write the Model, and a change to the label itself does not run the method again.

Let an application load a View for an ordinary Model and edit one Attribute in place.
...
The control shows the current value, typing writes it immediately, and a later entity setter no longer moves the control.
