Home-directory config and Config window

The station config is a JSON file. The default path is ~/.funknetz.json; that path is part of the contract because moving it later strands existing files. Application Support would match other Mac apps but is a worse place for hand-editing, which remains supported alongside -c / --config. The primary editor is the in-app Config window (a modal form over the station UI). When the resolved file is missing or has never loaded successfully, the app opens that window and does not create the file until Save (mode 0600 on first create); Cancel in that state quits. Create, rewrite, and validate rules are the same for every path—only the path changes.
