Hand-edited config in the home directory

The operator edits connection settings by hand. There is no settings window in version 1. The file is ~/.funknetz.json, created mode 0600 when missing. Application Support would match other Mac apps and would be a worse place to open in an editor. That path is part of the station's contract; moving it later strands existing files.
