Add a Dialog an ExApp page can open for a message, confirm, or prompt.
The page waits for the choice. App navigation includes the same piece.

ExApps that mount it share one Files-style tree; an ExApp that never mounts it keeps its own page.

Add Access Gate for Required Groups on ExApp HTTP traffic.
AppAPI cannot restrict ExApps by Nextcloud group; enforce any-of membership in-library with Wrap/Check, deploy-env helpers, and positive-only cache.

Publish gonexapp v1 with Credentials, OCSClient, and parameterized
