# KartenApp

A topographic map of these DTK25 sheets. The user names one Ziel on it and, when the device can provide it, sees their own Standort.
|
|
|
|
## Language
|
|
|
|
**Karte**:
|
|
The topographic map formed by the Blätter on hand.
|
|
_Avoid_: Layer, basemap
|
|
|
|
**Blatt**:
|
|
One DTK25 sheet. A Koordinate is on the Karte only when a Blatt covers that point.
|
|
_Avoid_: Map, Sheet
|
|
|
|
**Kachel**:
|
|
One prepared raster image: a small piece of the Karte at one scale. A Blatt is cut into many Kacheln.
|
|
_Avoid_: Blatt, Tile
|
|
|
|
**Übersicht**:
|
|
The catalog of every Kachel that exists. It is part of the app and contains no pixels.
|
|
_Avoid_: Vorschau, Minimap
|
|
|
|
**Cache**:
|
|
The Kacheln stored on the device.
|
|
_Avoid_: Verlauf, Speicher
|
|
|
|
**Gebiet**:
|
|
A named set of Kacheln. Gebiete may overlap. Hessen is the Gebiet that contains every Kachel currently in the Übersicht.
|
|
_Avoid_: Area, Region, Ausschnitt
|
|
|
|
**Heruntergeladen**:
|
|
A Gebiet the user has chosen to keep. The mark belongs to the Gebiet, not to a single Kachel.
|
|
_Avoid_: Gecacht, Im Cache
|
|
|
|
**Ziel**:
|
|
The one position the user names on the Karte.
|
|
_Avoid_: Standort, Wegpunkt
|
|
|
|
**Koordinate**:
|
|
The MGRS writing of the Ziel: Gitter, Rechtswert, and Hochwert. It is not a bare UTM easting and northing.
|
|
_Avoid_: Standort, UTM-Zahlen, GPS, Punkt
|
|
|
|
**Gitter**:
|
|
The first part of a Koordinate: UTM zone, latitude band, and 100 km square. Example: 32U MA.
|
|
_Avoid_: Zone, prefix, part 1
|
|
|
|
**Rechtswert**:
|
|
The second part of a Koordinate: five digits, the easting in metres inside the Gitter. Example: 67030.
|
|
_Avoid_: Easting, X, part 2
|
|
|
|
**Hochwert**:
|
|
The third part of a Koordinate: five digits, the northing in metres inside the Gitter. Example: 78109.
|
|
_Avoid_: Northing, Y, part 3
|
|
|
|
**Standort**:
|
|
The user's own position, when the device can provide it.
|
|
_Avoid_: Koordinate, GPS-Punkt, location
|
