Konrad NeitzelandCursor 7055eac0ae Implement AXFR over TCP and RFC 2136 UPDATE with caller TSIG. 
Callers get a session API, typed RR builders, and BIND testcontainer proof so CheckDNS can stay off the DNS wire.

Konrad Neitzel afbe268cb5 Drop the local Cursor rules and point docs at the Workspace. 
Issues live in the ExApp Workspace; this repo keeps the Library spec and BIND guide.
